Alert Policy

Our Alerts service notifies you of newly published public notices in New York and Connecticut based on criteria you select.

1. Eligibility & Subscription

• Available to any registered user with a verified email address.
• You choose keywords, categories, geographic area, and receive daily alerts.

2. Delivery Schedule

Alerts are sent once per day between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM Eastern Time via our own SMTP server.

3. Alert Content Disclaimer

Alert content is supplied directly by registered newspapers; Themis Technology, LLC does not verify or guarantee its accuracy or timeliness.

4. How to Manage or Unsubscribe

5. Delivery Issues

• If you do not receive alerts, please check your spam/junk folder and whitelist archive@icreateads.com or our sending domain.
• Delivery may be delayed due to technical issues beyond our control.
